    Glycerin, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Potassium Citrate, Cellulose Gum, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, CI 77891, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium Fluoride, Menthol, Sodium Saccharin, Zinc Citrate, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Sodium Chloride. Contains Sodium Fluoride 0.32% w/w (1450 ppm Fluoride).

    Brush twice daily using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Minimise swallowing and spit out. Preferably, do not rinse.

    Fluoride can get a bad rep but it’s a perfectly safe and amazingly effective naturally occurring ingredient, scientifically proven to prevent tooth decay. Our dental professionals would never recommend a toothpaste which doesn’t contain fluoride as this is one of the most important ingredients within toothpaste and the first thing they look for. Our toothpaste contains the recommended 1450ppm.

    So I’ve always bought Colgate but I no longer tasted that good or made my teeth feel that clean, I bought the Ordo sonic toothbrush and thought I’d give the toothpaste a try… pleased I did and will not be going back.
